To confirm an order a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be taken and deducted from the agreed purchase price of the final design.
Once an item has been sent it can not be returned for hygiene reasons. There is no refund policy unless an item is faulty.
Any further alterations to the design once it has been confirmed, such as additional materials or embellishments may alter the final cost of the design. This will be fully communicated with you before any alterations take place.
If you have specific materials that you want incorporated into a design Katie Vale Designs must see these materials and agree to work with them before commencing work.
Please allow 6 weeks from final design confirmation for completion of your item. All endeavours will be made to complete an item before this time however this is not guaranteed.
The full outstanding balance of the item is required to be paid before any items will sent.
Payments can be made via BACS transfer, cheque, cash or PayPal. All cheques must be cleared before an item will be posted.
Postage and packaging charges include recorded delivery to an address within the UK. All orders will be unsured and will require a signature upon receipt.
All prices quoted on this site are excluding post and packaging costs. If you require it to be sent anywhere else please contact Katie Vale Designs in advance for a specific postage quote.
Katie Vale Designs has the right to alter very minor details of a design if she feels necessary throughout the design process. This would never be changes such as colour or material of an item used and the client will be contacted before any such changes take place.
